Tammy:

Tammy was our first stop on the road... at the Flying J truck stop in Nevada somewhere. It was 1:30 am and other than the 2 chatty over-caffeinated gentlemen in the booth against the wall, we were her only customers. And as any good waitress with time on her hands (and tips in her future) would do, Tammy spent no time getting around to engaging us in conversation. As it turns out Tammy had recently lost her dad to cancer, and had been hitting the bottle pretty hard lately... Wild Turkey to be specific; "the good stuff". After numerous recountings of her many encounters with beligerent customers (both here at the Flying J and across the highway at the "T&A") whose interests included both Tammy's "T's" and "A's" (being ample amounts of both in attendance) we settled in to a surprisingly adequate late night supper-snack. Tammy was more than accomodating when it came time for the "money-shot"- which in our case, has become associated with the documentation of the fluidity (or homogeneity) of kitchen workflow, rather than the flowing of any other fluids. We applaud Tammy for her courageous efforts at the Flying J, and for her willingness to open her kitchen to alien OVNI penetration.
