Re-Gnit

Background:
In November of last year, David Byrne brought two phenomenal vocal
artists -- a cappella diva Marie Daulne of Zap Mama and Beatbox wunderkind
Scratch from the Roots -- into the studio to record a vocals-only
version of Autechre's seminal track, 'Gnit.' The sounds and beats
that were produced amazed all of us at Luaka Bop.
The Challenge:
Now, we're posting the Luaka
Bop track in MP3 format so that electronic artists can re-imagine
and re-invent it once again. An electronic reinterpretation of a vocal
version of an electronic classic. Or something like that. Have
at it! MP3s of the re-mix will be posted online for all to check
out.
